I've been using this Bigmuscles Essential Whey protein for a while now, and I'm really happy with it. It mixes easily with water or milk. I feel like my muscles are recovering faster after workouts, and I've noticed a difference in my overall energy levels.

Brought the strawberry milkshake…. And kinda taste like milk powder and a small hint of strawberry and honestly its not good protien…wouldn’t recommend it
