The quality is amazing and it looks exactly the way it’s shown in the pictures. It heats up under 7 minutes and shuts off automatically once it’s fully heated. The heat level stays the same for an hour and sometimes even more. I got this for my menstrual cramps and it works perfectly fine. The product is really soft and comfy which makes my period more manageable. I’ve given only four stars and I’ll update this after a couple more months of use.

Too soft and long time warm

This is an abysmal product. Purchased one on 29/12/2025. Initially working great. Heats up quickly, not much overheating, and stays warm for quite long. Me being ecstatic, purchased another for my mother, which got delivered on 8/1/2026. In the meantime mine started heating unevenly. I did not pay much heed to it, I thought I might have not connected the plug correctly. After receiving my mom’s one, I plugged it on. It was not satisfactorily hot. Now hers is already giving diminishing returns and mine is barely making lukewarm heat. Absolute garbage of a product. 1/2 stars if possible

Quick heating within 5 minutes. Easy to use anywhere ,can take to office also. Skin friendly. Me & my family liked it very much. Reduces pain after use.budget friendly
