Good pasta - Good quality, thick spaghetti, perfect cooking time and healthy brand

I had never heard of this type of grain until my dietitian suggested it. I am using it to help aid me in my weight loss journey; however, I will continue using this because it’s cheap and healthy. That is extremely hard to find with any food. This is very easy to cook. It cooks well and fast. Of course add wha you want to your taste, but I added nothing after it was cooked and it was delicious as is.

Compared to Bob Mill Red Bulgar Wheat, this was an okay alternative. I felt like it cooked a little faster and I had to add a bit more water to the pot. However, if you have enough money to buy the bulk pack of Bob Mill, I would just do that. Bulgar will last a bit.

This is not the instant bulgur and it's perfect for an authentic Tabbouleh

It's a good medium grind Bulgur, good flavor and texture. It's not a fine grind, so if you're looking to make overnight bulgur or tabbouleh where you simply soak the grains and don't cook them, this is not the right kind. You need fine ground bulgur for that. My reason for the 3 stars is that it's obscenely priced compared to other brands for the amount you get. It's just about a cup of bulgur, 8 ounces. Not sure why it comes in such a tiny bag. I kind of laughed when I saw it in person.
