1 Review: These are super good! They contain natural sweet xylitol and no unhealthy ingredients. They’re too hard to crunch into you until you let them melt a bit and I like that as long as I don’t forget, because they last. In fact the package lasts a very long time and I use 3 at a time! The flavoring is real cinnamon oil - who needs cinnamon ‘flavored’ food when all real cinnamon tastes like cinnamon (?). Recommended for a flavorful healthy sweet anytime. I’m getting another package. Review: Very tasty. I bought it for helping to keep healthy teeth.

These are great. I got cinnamon, and they pack the perfect punch of hot cinnamon flavor. I usually eat 2 at a time because they taste so good. I like the hard outer shell; makes it fun to play with in my mouth. I like them much better than Zellie's cinnamon mints.

These xylitol cinnamon breath mints are my new favorites. They have the best cinnamon flavor. Their size and shape both remind me of those old fashioned red hot candies. I do not chew them, rather, I let them dissolve in my cheek and gum, against my teeth, moving them around to mix with the saliva in my mouth to coat the teeth. Xylitol is quickly consumed by bad bacteria in the mouth, but they soon die as they cannot metabolize this form of sugar. When this is ingested, it becomes a prebiotic fiber which is good for digestion. They do not kill good bacteria as some say. So, these are very healthy for oral health and even gut health. Having said this, there is a word of warning: DO NOT give to pets like dogs or birds. It will kill them, just like avocados, garlic, etc. are good for humans, but not them. *The cinnamon mints are pictured in my xylitol tin from another, more expensive brand.
