I received this about a month ago and it is the best scooter I have ever used, the range is excellent I traveled almost 10 miles and still had a full battery it's comfortable and the seat adjust easily, I would recommend this for anyone looking for a mobility scooter. I've gotten a lot of compliments and and the Bluetooth works great. It is compact enough to fit into my Mobility van which makes it easy for me to use this when I go shopping or to the park or just out walking my dogs. The speed is fully adjustable and I love the fact that it will go slow if I needed to or fast if I need it to. The company contacted me multiple times to check on my satisfaction and that gives me a great feeling about this company and their products.

Arrived well packaged in a steel-reinforced cardboard crate on a FedEx semi. They put it right where I wanted it on delivery. The only tools I needed were a box cutter and a socket wrench. The scooter was ready to roll, just needed to switch on the power under the seat. I’m a big guy but this is a really comfortable ride. You can’t go wrong with this scooter. The two baskets are really handy. The included charger was also easy to hook up and recharge the battery. This scooter has all the features to make it safe to ride anywhere. I’m able to keep mobile again!

I am happy so far with the Scooter. A little more instructions telling you to take the seat off before trying to lift cover and switch on power.
