Magnesium relieves joint pain and leg cramps. I want inside and outside help so I got a supplements from Unikey Health products too to take for full benefits. This feels a little sticky though.

I often suffer from cramps at night in my leg or foot. The pictures show what the spray looks like on my foot and once it is rubbed in. I haven't experienced any tingling with it but have experienced mild itching after it sits on my skin for a while. So far, it has helped keep the cramps away.
