Really nice saw

So I finally got the chance to try the pinkway. Assembly was easy, looked great. Went to start it as the manual says, took forever but got it started once. So I take it out to use it, it won't start. Tried everything I can think of, it will not work. Currently trying to figure out how to send it back.

The media could not be loaded. If you’re looking for a good saw that’s a great price look no further. This saw is pretty dang impressive. I recently got a job with a tree service and love the work and wanted to get my own chainsaw for use outside of work but didn’t have the money saved up for the Stihl saw I wanted to get. I was very skeptical to get this saw at first considering there is hardly anything to find on it right now on YouTube or the internet. But the saw was freaking purple and the price was just right so I figured I’d take the chance of it being either a piece of junk or a scam of sorts. First impressions right out of the box was that it didn’t feel cheap nor heavy. It felt great and cut just as great as it looked. I love the sleek design, and color and the fact it came with 2 bars and 2 chains. I’ve never used the mixing bottles before so I’m not sure how accurate the measurements on it are, but other than that it’s definitely worth the buy. Next investment is for sure gonna be the 12inch saw to try out in the trees!

Nothing against the saw..... the man who uses it for me is more than pleased but it does take a man. I will shop for something lighter for myself as I am 130 woman and not all that young. But I LOVE THE COLOR, LOL

Starts up easily when it's cold out. Powerful for a medium saw.

Did not work and customer service not good the Chane saw didn’t work and they don’t refund the money or the product

Worked great at first but the recoil dogs stripped out within the third week.
