Spring Valley - Prenatal, Multivitamin, Multimineral, 100 Tablets w. Folic Acid

I use the prenatal vitamins for nail and hair growth. It has been working wonderfully along with collagen to help my skin hair and nails.

I was so glad to find these vitamins because I had purchase them from the Walmart store a while ago but when I return to purchase more vitamins were a different color and the I read on the back of the label iodine was in the tablets which I'm allergic to. So I went online to purchase at Amazon and I was so excite to purchase the pink tablets again with no iodine even though it a few dollars more it was truly worth it.

This product has everything I need. I'm not pregnant but use it because of the ingredients. I have osteroporosis and it strengthens my bones. My doctor recently told me that I no longer need the Prolia shots 2X a year but must continue Vitamin D3, B viatmins and folic acid. It also strengthens hair and nails. I was looking for a capsule but found out they're all pill form. Checked several places before purchasing and they are lower than Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and Kroger.

These are very affordable. Been taking them for about a week now and it has made me feel hungry. Which I don't like. But we'll see in a few weeks if passes.

Good product, my wife is using this during the pregnancy and so far she like it and doesn't have any issues, this is Walmart brand and it cost $4.00 at Walmart online or you can buy same product for $8.00 on amazon. Big mistake rely on Amazon only, search for better prices.

I don’t notice a bad taste with these and I’ve had no issues while being pregnant!
