These Lansinoh NaturalWave nipples feel noticeably high quality right out of the box. When cleaning them for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the silicone's soft but durable feel. Even after tons of feedings and cleanings, the feel remains that of quality. We chose the extra slow flow (XS) because our newborn struggles with acid reflux and also has a tongue-tie. This nipple made a real difference. The slower, more controlled flow helps him pace himself better, which means less gulping, fewer air bubbles, and much gentler feedings overall. Pairing these nipples, paced feeding, and holding him upright for 20min at LEAST has reduced his reflux episodes significantly. They’ve also been great for maintaining breastfeeding rhythm. The shape and resistance feel natural enough that switching between bottle and breast hasn’t caused any issues. Overall, These are high-quality nipples that are easy to clean and genuinely helped our baby feed more comfortably. We’re sticking with them.

These nipples fit perfectly with our Gulicola bottles — no leaks, no weird gaps, just a nice snug fit. The flow is smooth and consistent, and my baby took to them right away with no issues switching from breastfeeding. They’re easy to clean and hold up well after multiple washes and sterilizing. Really happy with this purchase — it’s great to find something that works perfectly without any hassle!

Switched to the extra slow flow as my baby was taking milk way too fast and started to have a flow preference and colic. They fit the lansinoh bottles and the number on the bottom is easy to see. They are durable and hold up well. I have not had any issues with nipple collapse and they are very easy to keep clean

3rd time momma here: These are great and easy to use! Very flexible and have a good peak on them. They are looser than the avent nipples when you put them in the ring, but once you tighten the ring down they are fine and don’t leak. You do not have to line up the air valve with the valve notch on the avent rings. In the hospital we were using the ready to feed enfamil with the provided one time use nipples and having no problems. When we got home and tried to use our avent natural bottles our newborn was struggling with the avent natural nipples, even on the level 3 flow! The avent nipples are less peaked and are stiffer. We are exclusively formula feeding, so we don’t need breast shaped specific nipples. These did the trick and she had no problems, even on the first feed with these nipples. BUY THEM!!! We purchased the medium flow and had no issues with the flow speed.

Much better flow, the nipple only collapses if you tighten the bottle too much or if the vent hole is not opened. Other wise the size is good and super easy to clean.

Perfect for newborn suction. At first, I was under the impression that the slow bottles came with newborn nipples as it would make sense, but after receiving several bottles and seeing that they all came with size 2, which is considered their slow flow I was disappointed . It was too fast for my newborn it was until I reached out to the mothers of Facebook that I was informed that this needs to be purchased separately under extra small, a little confusing, the company could do better in relaying that information when you buy the bottles that they do not come with extra nipples for a newborn. Otherwise, these bottles are great for breast-feeding Mom’s as my son does not have any nipple confusion when you see these bottles. (Taking one star of for the company not the product )

Love! Great dupe for Evenflo wide neck bottles. I actually preferred these more than the Evenflo medium flow nipples because these ones have a faster flow

These nipples are the closest that you can find to the breast. They are very soft and very flexible. Anyone that is trying to find a nipple that is the closest to the human nipple this would definitely be it. Really helps prevent nipple confusion. The only reason for the four star review is because the flow of these are too fast for a very young baby. The slow flow is similar to a medium flow. However, when I did complain to the company, they were kind enough to offer me the extra slow flow. I’m hopeful they start selling the extra slow flow in Canada also since these are very good and definitely deserve to be on the market more than any other. Plus side they are compatible with avent bottles although may not fit perfectly. Update: they finally listened and have XS flow now, was so excited when I saw that, that flow is perfect . These are hands down the best nipples

I got these to try with my breastfed baby for the occasional pumped bottle when we're on the go. We had previously been using the evenflo balance wide nipples, which while we liked the latch, were too firm and he wouldn't drink much. These are much softer and still encourage a wide latch (though not quite as wide). And even better - they're compatible with all the bottles we had gotten to be compatible with the other nipples! (Mam glass and Philips Avent glass - a little loose with this one but fine once screwed on).

Honestly the best nipples. My baby latches so well with them, the flow is just right reduces spit up during feeds compared to other brands.
