Best 12 hour work shoes

I've been wearing the original Sparta for years. They were the only shoe I've ever been able to get a year out of at work... I've even pushed one pair even beyond that but it looked pretty rough. This new design is terrible. The material is MUCH less robust. I knew as soon as I took it out of the box, they weren't going to last. Sure enough, about 6 months in and they are destroyed. The image is from just SIX months of wear. I wish I had stockpiled a few pairs of the original Sparta before they discontinued them.

Muy buenos zapatos de seguridad y muy cómodo, los zapatos de seguridad convencionales me producen callosidades muy molestas. El único problema es tener que explicar a los inspectores de seguridad de la planta que estos no son zapatos deportivos.

I have been wearing these shoes at work for 3 years now. Very comfortable for my 12-16 hour shifts on concrete floors. I can usually get a little over one year out of them before I buy another pair. I do buy better insoles for them and my feet stay happy.
