Extra adhesive workout tape doesn't slip off your thumbs when you are sweaty and stays intact even during most intense workout routines and lifting sessions. How to apply: Take the self-adhesive roll, attach the end of tape to your thumb and place the hookgrip tape on the underside of the thumb keeping the thumb knuckle bent, lace the tape around the finger two to three times. Tape's flexibility allows your thumbs to stay mobile with no blood flow restrictions. There is no need to reapply the self-stick tape multiple times throughout the day.
