What I was looking for for me and the kiddo probably about a 1/2 mile obstructed the came nice battery covers came loose so the install was easy great size!

Walkie talkie seems good until trying the Bluetooth capabilities.
If you use it without Bluetooth programming it should work ok but it doesn’t use the information that was supposedly written from phone app.

I liked my first two so much, I got two more! 22 FRS/GMRS channels. Waterproof at 3 feet for 30 minutes[IP67]. 'Scramble Mode' for more private communications. Can be programed with the FREE OD Master App using the built in Bluetooth [OD Master App REQUIRES 'LOCATION' Permission to work. OD Master app CRASHES without warning if the OD Master App does not have 'Location' Permission'. It is NOT a problem with the TD M-11.

Great Radios but need batteries available to buy separately
These are great simple radios. I could get about 1/4 to 1/2 mile distance radio to radio in a dense environment, and I could talk on a repeater about 3 miles out. Yes they can be programmed for repeaters via the ODmaster phone app for Android using Bluetooth. They have a decent amount of weather sealing around the battery compartment. The hidden screen is great and is viewable in daylight, but a little difficult in direct sun. The belt clip seems a little flimsy, but useable.I did end up returning these, as one of the batteries began to deplete rapidly. If I could have found additional batteries to buy separately, I would have kept them. I will likely buy these again once I see batteries for sale.

One out of two bad...
I belong to a few sports car clubs. The clubs use FRS & GMRS radios to communicate during club drives.I liked the idea of a waterproof low price FRS radio. I thought it was worth checking out. I guess I was wrong...After putting a full charge on both radios, one only showed 2 bars on the 3 bar battery gauge. Put it on charge again, same thing. When turned on it only showed 2/3 of battery life.I sent them back and moving on...Personally I expected better. I have a few Tidradio td-h3's, and they are terrific.

No channel lock feature
Overall a nice unit, but wish it had a channel lock function.
