Gross, do not buy! I saw people on Instagram saying they were so good so I finally folded and they must have broken tastebuds or the company is paying them because these are not good. Super dense, weird aftertaste!

They taste really good. But the smell is very odd. I have to not smell them.

Great tasting high protein muffins
They are great tasting and satisfying. They held me over till my next meal. No thoughts of snacking. Great help with weight loss. Quality was good. I think it was good value for my money. I felt like was eating a regular muffin no high protein after taste. Loved the texture and the icing was nice surprise. I will be ordering again.
