From Cranky Camper to Steam Queen
Back when I lived in the Kingdom of Lukewarm Regret, showers in my RV felt like stress-laced marathons—sprint in, rinse fast, and pray no one had just used up the last drop of heat. I dreaded going in after anyone. It was emotional damage by water pressure. Then came my knight in stainless armor: this gloriously affordable tankless water heater. Suddenly, I was living the “Spa Witch in the Wild” life—endless steam, spontaneous shower karaoke, and philosophical musings brought on by deep-conditioning bliss.Sure, the install threw a tiny wrench—turns out the unit was a smidge too small. But did I crumble? Never. I picked up a hammer, channeled my inner HGTV heroine, and launched “Project Frame & Fabulous.”Now I’m crowned Queen of the Camper Kingdom, basking in endless hot water, and honestly? I’d pay triple for this thing… but don’t tell the seller. Budget-friendly, soul-soothing, and DIY empowering—this heater’s got it all.

Quality product
Just installed water heater today. Pretty straight forward instructions. Just remember this unit runs on 12v not 120v. Also hard water will ruin this heater so get a water softener if you don't already have one. Installation took 4 hours not including removing old heater. Make sure you check for gas leaks with soapy water before turning heater on.

I got this water heater after looking over the reviews and ratings. Everything looked great. It's been a nightmare. I have had this sience the 14th of December (it's now the 22nd). The first day I got it I pulled it out of the box and looked over the very shoty manual and instructions. This unit is rated for a 10 amp - 12V DC supply. My old water heater ran off a standard 120V AC with a dedicated 15amp breaker. Should be able to run it through a transform and get it running. I have a few with different ratings so I started with the 120V Ac input with a 12V and 24V output. Wired the heater to the 12V as that's what the manual says it runs on. Nothing turned on. Continued to step up the power but to no avail. It would not turn on. Tried all the transformers and resistors again from lowest output to a max of 48V AC but could not get it to even try to turn on. Came to the conclusion it's just a faulty unit and I need to exchange it. Contacted Amazon to find out they won't exchange it. I can process a refund for a chance to get my money back but that's not even guaranteed and can take up to 30 days after they receive it.Just tired of the cold showers and crap service. Can't find the phone number to the company anywhere in the manual or instructions either.

Great Upgrade!
Best upgrade I have done to my camper. Was able to use existing wiring to old water heater to install controller behind mirror where the switch was. Looks and works well. Only issue with this is if you have inconsistent water pressure. It will turn off on low water flow and your shower encounters a cold surprise. If you have constant pressure you're fine. The issue is from my home made well not having a regular on it yet. Use in camp grounds or simply using the pump from the fresh water tank fixes this problem. I do not think it's a design flaw on the product but be aware of how it operates if you have conditions close to mine.

Ease of installation!
Very pleased. I'm barely a layman and the ease of installation was impressive. Works great and should repay for itself quickly.
