I've used this right now for only a short time, but so far it has performed exactly as expected! Being a renewed product, it runs just like new! The price per TB makes buying this a no brainer! And the extra $15 for the three year warranty still makes it more than worth the price! I have Tina of data to store and I will be back for more of these!

Works greatPrices are too high lately but good quality

Works as advertised. Add two of these in a 2bay external USB device that I use as a offsite backup to my main PC. I used RAID 0 since this was a tertiary copy. They set up fast. Speed was good and after about 35TB of data were not too hot.

Makes a lot of noise every once in a when when the read head cycles. Not a deal breaker, buy I wouldn't want to run this drive in my desktop

Have not encountered any issues so far. The Hard Drive works like normal. Good buy for those looking for large storage

Brought 3 drives, two of them have a few tens of reallocated sectors, one of them has 100. Not terrible but also not a great place to start when getting a drive, even if refurbished. The price point is attractive, though! Getting around 250MBps speeds & they have a fair bit of knocking sound.

I've never used a refurbished drive before. I was hesitant to purchase this one. But I needed the capacity, and the price was right. So far, this drive hasn't disappointed. Were it not for the text written on the label that communicates that it is refurbished, I'd have no way of knowing. I put the drive through some tests, and thus far, all is well. Were that to change before a reasonable time, I'd update this review.
