We have two of these already. Ordered a third through Amazon. The description is misleading. We had problems with this unit spitting hot water from the fill up cap. The manufacturer advises that the hose is too long. It should only be used for curtains. The kink in the hose is causing the issue. For steaming clothing, they advise using a 1.65m hose. As we purchased via Amazon, they say we have no recourse with them and should contact Amazon directly or buy another hose through them at a cost of £81. Amazon shouldn't advise selling it as suitable for clothing steaming in that case! Also, not sure why it would have the same size hook stand if it causes a problem. Disappointed!

I am over the moon with my steamer came in perfect condition and very quickly and was easy to track from the start to finish
