I like to take magnesium glycinate and usually do so via a capsule, but I decided to try these. I don't sleep well and have been told that the ingredients in this supplement can sometimes support sleep. These include the magnesium glycinate, but also CoQ10, Lemon Balm Extract, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B6, L-Theanine and Ashwagandha.They are a muted yellow in color and have a pleasant pineapple taste that is quite sweet. They are listed as sugar free, but please know that these do have two carbohydrates per gummy (suggested dose is one a day). If you are diabetic or watching your carbs, be sure to count those carbs. The first ingredient is maltitol which can raise sugars in some people. The texture is nice and has a soft bite to it. They are easy to chew and swallow.

These gummies have been an easy way to supplement magnesium. Rather than large pills or capsules these gummies are a nice change. They taste pretty good, which is a bonus. These are nice and easy vitamins to take since they're gummies and not pills, so that's a positive off the bat. I always struggle swallowing pills so being able to just chew them and swallow them makes them much better off the bat. They also taste nice so that's also a positive. I honestly haven't really noticed any changes since taking them though. I'm not the best at being able to sleep so I thought let's try these guys out. It hasn't really changed my sleeping habits much. I sleep a little longer than I used to but that's not saying much since I used to only sleep a few hours. It might be too low of a dose for my size possibly, so this could definitely help you better than me if the dosage is better for you than me.

Two things to be aware of: First, they use maltitol for the sweetener, and some folks are sensitive to it. Second, the label says "Made in PRC", which means China. Not that there's anything necessarily wrong with that, but I wish they'd been a bit more open about that info.
