Easy to use, been two weeks and helped some..

This arrived from the vendor in a branded plastic bottle with a good intact seal between the liquid contents & top cap.This is simple to use, just open & pour into a toilet, flush a couple of times. You need to let it work.We used it when going into town, since we are usually gone at least 6 hours.Maybe it will help break down so pumping is not so immediately necessary.

This septic treatment played a role in solving a persistent issue I’ve had for a while—one toilet in the house always flushed poorly. I used this along with a drain bladder, and between the two, the problem is gone, at least for now. I can’t say for certain which one did most of the work, but even if the bladder cleared the partial obstruction, this treatment is still doing good for the septic system overall.With all the detergents, soaps, and cleaners going down the drain, the natural bacteria in a septic system takes a hit, which isn’t ideal. You actually want those bacteria to thrive so they can break down solids efficiently and reduce how often the tank needs to be pumped out. The enzymes and cultures in this treatment help restore that balance, making it a useful addition to routine maintenance. The directions recommend limiting water usage for 8-10 hours and avoiding cleaners/disinfectants for 48 hours after using this product so it’s best used on a day or weekend when the house is unoccupied for the most part. Weekend trip? Perfect time for this product!It arrived safely and pristine, no spills or leaks. At the time of review, it’s priced at $20 for 32 ounces, which seems very reasonable for something that helps extend the life of an expensive septic system.

I think this is easy to use. But not used yet .

This was easy to use and it did breakdown the scum layer on top until it was a nice brown water color but it didn't do anything to help the drain field. If I see a change, I will update this review. Update: Moved to 4 stars for the customer service and level in tank has started to go down, after 2 weeks.
