I decided to try the NAD supplement, as it had all of the qualities I was looking for.Liposomal NAD is the key from what I've read. This has it. The Mg dosage is good as well. So overall this is a good product if you're venturing into NAD.I have only been using it for about a month, have not felt any miracle improvements yet. I've re-ordered and will continue for at least 90 days. If I feel improvement I will happily continue.
