Got this spirometer trainer to help my mom improve her breathing, and let me tell you, this isn't easy at all! The scale indicator is easy to read, though I had to tilt it slightly to see under certain light. One trick that helped me - I set my phone to record a video while doing the breathing exercise, then played it back to see how steady I was. That makes a huge difference because sometimes while breathing you don’t notice small changes. So I actually bought this for a different kind of use. I have one of my kids that struggles to emotionally regulate and was told this would help him calm down and regulate. So I’m using it for my little guy and then also myself for better breathing. I think it’s helping us both. I have used it a few times when my little guy is upset and this does help him calm down. So good medical tool but also good parenting tool especially with kids with special needs!
