It tastes like it says what it does. I've not had the water tested to see if it holds up to it's claims. However I've seen quite a lot of review videos and it seems to be above the average apart from a few claiming aluminium albeit they say it's to do with the medium that filters out fluoride. I'm well impressed at the moment as I'm doing the best I can in rented accommodation. I've a tap filter and then put that filtered water into this and I have to say it does taste good !

Really impressed with this filter system, had no problem putting all the parts together really easy to set up. No tastes of chlorine, water tastes lovely. 👍

If you’re someone who loves the taste of tap but slightly refined this is the product for you. I unfortunately cannot tolerate the taste of it and after using two ph measurements, I had no reading that show it was alkalised by the minerals or filter. It literally had the same reading as the tap I have. I also noticed my filter is different to the they’ve displayed on there images but I was told it was the newer model. Well I’ve concluded that this machine is only creating filtered water and nothing more. I could get the same result with a more affordable filter. I was really looking forward to this machine and getting the freshness of water I was looking for. I install everything correct as per manufacturer instructions.

When this arrived I followed the cleaning instructions for first use, but the water didn't taste very nice and had a white cloudy sediment at the bottom of the drum. I had to empty and repeat the process 4 times before the water finally looked and tasted fresh. Now I am very happy with it! It produces fresh tasting Alkaline Water, which I decant into glass bottles daily and store in the fridge. I would have preferred it if the storage drums weren't made of plastic but I suppose it would have been too heavy if it was made of glass. Please note this is a large water purifier so make sure you have the room for it - I keep mine in the utility room next to the sink so I can refill it easily

Buen filtro de agua, el agua no sale con mal sabor, el filtrado es un poco lento, espero que no dejen de vender los repuestos acá en México como el de cerámica que se tiene que cambiar aproximadamente cada año.

I’m in love with this thing! I am not a fan of drinking plain water and definitely have not been drinking even a small fraction of what I should a day, but that has changed due to this! It takes normal tap water and filters out the chlorine and fluoride (and other crap) and adds magnesium and potassium (along with other trace elements) and makes the water alkaline as it says. The water tastes amazing. My son and I have been drinking a gallon+ each a day with ease since we got it. Yesterday, I decided to try making my coffee with the water. The alkaline water has completely changed the taste of my coffee. I no longer use any creamer and it has no bitter taste (and I drink Sumatra). So, for anyone looking for a family gift from Santa, look into getting one of these.

UPDATE: THIS MUST BE DOING ITS WORK because for a 1st ever our dogs stainless steel dishes are not getting a gross residue and build up after multiple refills of water that came from this product!!! We luv how much water this holds/filters and that it does have such a great filter system. It purifies and dispenses the water at a fair speed and chose the filter that removes chlorine as well as fluoride. If I remember soon to find a way to test for removal of both i will update what we find. I found it to be a good price & prepping it before first use was easy.

Using to filter my town water that smells like rotten eggs and swimming pool. Water tastes so clean and yummy! 10/10! The only thing I’d like to change is that it has more glass parts to reduce the micro plastics I’m buying a second to have more accessible water on hand since the filter system does take a while to process as we drink and use it often!
