I have never had a chair as comfortable as this. I sat down turned on the heat message and accidentally fell asleep. It is very firm yet soft and relaxing, only problem I've had with it is getting my wife out of it, I would get her one but our house isn't large enough for two. It was easy to assemble my wife sat on my lap and we were both comfortable can't say enough about how good it feels on this 80 year old back. Both the lever action for reclining as well as up and down are smooth and solid.

As of now I am loving this chair. The lumbar support is not that great but I placed an extra support pillow behind me and that makes things better. The heating mechanism does not get that hot and the massage is not that powerful but they are both enough to make the chair more comfortable. I love the fact that the chair can go up and down. Along with recline. The footrest is heaven on earth and one of my main reasons for loving the chair. You can even move the footrest to be in better positions for what makes you comfortable. I can easily sit crisscross on this chair or even sit with my knees bent and feet up thanks to the footrest. The recliner on the chair goes back super far. I can see how people could fall asleep in this chair. I suck at putting things together and this was relatively simple. I did it primarily by myself with a bit of help from my daughter when I placed the arms on. Took maybe 20 minutes if that to put together and would have probably went even faster if my dog wasn't trying to help as well. All in all I am quite pleased with my purchase for this price point and it was fairly priced for all the positives that come with it.

Very easy to put together. It took maybe 15 minutes. But once it's together you will throughly enough it. It can recline all the way back to where you are practicing parallel with the floor. It also has the added bonus of the foot rest and back messager. If you don't want to recline all the way back there is a setting in the chair that lets you pick your position you want to recline it at and stop it so it stays in that position. Very much so worth it.

This chair is incredibly comfortable and the built-in heating and massage functions make it perfect for relaxing after a long day. Assembly was straightforward, and the features work great for the price—highly recommend!

I love my chair, as someone with bulging disc and scoliosis along with a sitting desk job this is a big help. The foot rest is an added bonus.

I like the chair overall but there are a few things I would change.Pros: Easy to put together. Material is breathable and doesn't make you hot/sweaty. Love the footrest, I'm plus sized and I don't feel like I'm going to break anything sitting in this chair. The color is accurate to the pictures.Cons: Could be a bit more squishy/plush. It's marketed as a massaging chair but really it just vibrates, that is a little misleading.

As I am writing this review, I am sitting comfortably at my laptop in my new chair enjoying a heated massage. I am very pleased with my new chair! It arrived days before it said it would arrive. Packaging and content was in excellent condition upon arrival. It was so easy to assemble. Once it was put together and I sat in it for the first time I was so very impressed with its stability and comfort, and when I decided to get really comfortable I extended my leg rest and use the reclining ability, I could have easily taken a nap. except I was at work and could not do that. My Co-Pastor is now planning on getting one for his office as well! And with the quality and amazing price he definitely should do so!

Remote only works sometimes. Most of the time it doesn’t. Has no power to it. Bought this chair mainly for the heat/vibration features and can’t use it. Arm height is not adjustable. They sit rather low. Also back rest not very tall, can’t really lean your head back.
