I was expecting "pearls" as show, but got large, 4 oz. balls instead. Ice packs were completely melted when they arrived. As you can't really return 6 pounds of cheese efficiently, I wrote and expressed my concern, The grocer apologized, and promised to find me the pearls instead and send them to me as a wedding gift. Well, that never happened and I had to carve these 4 ounce pieces into cubes which did not have the look I wanted. I was so disappointed that I wanted to give this one star, but admittedly it WAS good tasting cheese so I'm giving it two stars instead. I really wish I'd had the little balls instead of these "chunks." I am just thankful that I was a relatively calm bride who didn't sweat the small stuff.
