My little beta has been through many little plastic tanks. I decided I wanted to upgrade and purchase one with a filtration system to help keep the water cleaner between water cycles. The filtration system will be perfect for helping keep the tank clean. I did purchase the filters extra on the side and they were fairly inexpensive. My little beta is loving his new home. This tank is beautiful! Much better appearance and quality than the plastic tanks I have used before. This is actual glass. I was also amazed at how clear and bright the water/look of the tank was when I came into my office today. This is the perfect size for my office desk. The filter is quiet and doesn’t distract my work.

Love, love, love this little fish tank. Comes with almost everything you need to get a tank started. I would love it if they would include a small heater. I got the black one, which looks great. The glass is a real high quality and thicker than any of the other small fish tanks I was looking at. Fits perfectly on my master bathroom counter. No leaks so far, and with the quality I doubt that it will leak. I bought this on sale and it was such a great price I ended up buying a second one. Everything works great, the rocks and gravel for the bottom are perfect, they supply more than enough of both. Easy to clean and manage.

This has been the perfect starter tank for our family. After our son earned his first pet (a betta fish) we decided on this set up. The tank made it to alaska with no issues, everything is well packaged with great instructions to get started. We loved the felt pad attached to the bottom and the black back panel. Perfect for a small tank.

This is the perfect tank for my fish and I absolutely love the look of it! Totally worth the purchase and my fishie and my little snail ate so happy in this tank. My fishie is way more active, friendly, and comes out to say hi every time I come check in on him and my snail. The filter functions well but is not the best filter but it doesn’t matter if you have live plants because the plants keep the water crystal clear and calls for way less water changes. I highly recommend this tank and to get some live plants to put in it as well! Also the lid for the opening isn’t the best but I found a lid to a jar that fits like a glove. The circular lid is a random piece of plastic. I recommend finding a different covering for the top of the tank. The lid on the tank is what I put that fit perfect the circle plastic is what came with the tank and I didn’t like it and got lucky and found the jar lid that fits like a glove. That would be my only issue because other thank that, this tank is perfect for my fishie, snail and myself!

I have had aquariums my whole life from 100 plus gallon reef tanks to various size fresh water tanks and have a 55 gallon fresh water now ... I wanted a small betta tank for my room and came across this one which looked perfect and out of all the small size i looked at this was the first that had a real filter with a charcoal type cartridge which keeps it clear and safe water... I recommend it to anyone who's looking for a great betta tank....

One of the coolest fish tanks I've ever owned. The 2.5 gallon tank is perfect for a betta fish and a mystery snail. The light that came with the tank failed but I found a better option anyways. The mini filter than comes with the tank is great, and does a great job filtering the tank. It has adjustability for flow depending on your needs or the type of fish. All of the seals and connections of the glass are sturdy and sound, no leaks. I will say that the lid is the downside. I wish that it was a little better material, its plastic so it's easy to scratch when cleaning. Other than that, it a great option for a reasonable price.

The perfect new home for my little aquatic family. It was so easy to setup and the size was was perfect to be place by my tv. I got the black tank instead of the clear one and it was the right choice, looks absolutely beautiful. I ordered more filters just because I’ll be keeping this for a while.

Loved this kit, perfect starter for a small tank! No leakage and the water filter has been doing really well. You do need to buy a heater seperate so that’s the only downside but worth the price for quality for me!

Don't even hesitate. This tank is awesome! My little betta guy loves the upgrade with all the extra space. The design of the tank is sleek with nice quality glass and a cool black background. Super quiet filter with adjustable water flow. Took 5 minutes to set up. Just make sure you pour water into filter chamber to activate the flow once assembled on side of tank. Also, water level in tank should be quite high to keep filter working efficiently.

This aquarium is absolutely beautiful. The glass is perfectly clear, the filter is silent and works wonderfully. The LED light is bright and lights up the tank perfectly. We are using this tank for our betta fish. It is extremely happy as it has lots of room to swim around. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with a betta fish or a couple small fish. It is very well made and we are super happy with it.

Very lovely tank. Easy to set up. Nice, quiet filter. Beautiful look and size. Love the lid with an opening to feed. Great for what we wanted it for a freshwater shrimp and guppy tank.

Whether you are into aquascaping or just need a solid home for a betta, this kit delivers.

I bought this small aquarium for a betta fish. Overall, the build quality, glass clarity, and design are very good, and it arrived well packaged. The light and included equipment are also decent for the price. The only issue is with the tank lid. There is a feeding hole on the lid, which comes with a small round cover, but unfortunately the cover is smaller than the hole and doesn’t fully seal it. Because of this, the opening is not completely closed, which could be a concern for a betta tank. Overall, it’s a good aquarium, but fixing this small design flaw would make it much better.
