Madelaine Chocolate Company Chocolate Advent Calendar - 8Oz 2 Pack

Chocolate is yummy & the pieces are big so one piece is totally perfect. Decently cute pics too. I only deducted one star because some of the windows are either really hard to open or are already falling open so that kind of ruins the fun of it for kids. Also the numbers are hard to find/read which maybe would be fun for an older kid but not a young one learning numbers or anyone with eyesight problems.

Very good quality chocolate. Cute packaging inside and out. Each chocolate is wrapped like a present. My granddaughters loved it.

Beautiful illustrations. The little windows were easy to open, even for young children. Each chocolate was an excellent size, shape, and flavor. Very fresh. These are the treasures I remember from my childhood, and it is very rewarding to help my grandchildren make some wonderful Christmas memories. Highly recommend (as in I will be buying these year after year).

The chocolate is tasty but it is the same kind of piece each day. It looks like 2 days may be a bigger piece. The piece for Christmas Eve looks like it is one of the smaller pieces. It is hard to get each piece of chocolate out especially for an elderly person.

The chocolate is good, But four stars, because there's nothing to look forward to each day as far as variety and surprise. Every chocolate is exactly the same. Just a small cube of milk chocolate. I ended up pulling out the tray and just taking one each day without searching for the correct corresponding day. What's the point when each one is exactly the same as the next?! The little poems on the inside of each door are cute, though.
