It met my expectations. I needed an additional supplemental as I started to have irregular periods that started at the beginning of the year. So I did my research and found this product. It was shipped with care and as advertised on the site. The product arrived well packaged. I took the supplement as directed for at least one month (May). By June, I saw results. To date, I'm still using the product as it has shown to be beneficial. Cost is great and it quite easy to take. I would recommend it.

I feel like the price is a little high. Hopefully after being on this for awhile I will be able to reap the benefits. 4 capsules per serving seems like a lot. At least they are medium sized. I really like that the ingredients are non gmo. Gives me more confidence in the quality and effectiveness of the product. I'm also glad that there isn't a strong smell to these capsules. Makes taking them easier.

I don’t take the full dose as it upsets my stomach. But I have started ovulating again! I had one chemical pregnancy. But a win is a win I haven’t ovulated in months

This product is not bad so giving it 3 stars. I'm mostly commenting here to let the PCOS girlies know that most inositol product on Amazon only have about half the recommended amount of myo-inositol and d-chiro inositol in a full serving. Can you just double it? No! A) That's 8 pills a day. B)You'd be getting way too much zinc and vitamin D. You could supplement and get a powder or another pull form to make the full dose (4 grams (4000 mg) myo & 100 mg d-chiro) but you'd be paying double. And if you just get a powder form it may not have the benefits of the vitamin D, folate and zinc. I recommend finding a product with the correct dosage and at least 2/3 of the additional vitamins. I found literally 1 that meets those requirements in Amazon and I can't even remember the dang name of it.

I jus started taking this supplement based on my research it's beneficial for pcos......I don't feel as awful as I usually feel so i guess that's a plus. It's very easy to swallow for me
