8kW Tankless Electric Water Heater, 240V on Demand Instant Endless Water Heater with LED Temperature Display for Bathroom and Kitchen sink

I recently purchased the Ranein 8kw water heater for our guest house. We are using this for a single shower and two sinks. The unit arrived quickly. It was easy to install and has a very thorough display with what seems to be high quality components. We used the template to place the mounting screws and mounted it under our kitchen sink. So far it works great, the price was excellent, the water temperature will get much hotter than we need it at this time. We did not experience any leakage after install. I expect this will be a great addition to our guest house.

Very good water heater. It is well designed and work exactly as I expect it. It is very responsive and adequate for my house.

Ordered the Ranein 8KD tankless electric water heater in our small cabin. It was an easy install and get the water plenty hot enough to shower as well. Very pleased with the product!

Update: Was contacted through Amazon by the company after we already started the refund process. I deletes the email. Then was called on the phone by the company in the middle of my work day. Told them if the contract myself or my husband again we will take legal action for harassment. I say it again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.We bought this product hooked it up. Tried to program it, all it did was beep. Tried you tube videos and even videos from their web site. Then Tried to live chat them only got a robot for over 2 hours. Tried to call them, left 10 messages. Emailed them 3 times. Left messages on their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter or X. Nothing. Product is being removed from our house and returned. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!Only gave it one star because I couldn't post this. AgainDO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!!

Easy to hook up and wire as long as you have some experience. Straight forward display. I got this to run one shower and I should have went one size bigger. It would work great for sinks. Shower goes from hot to lukewarm back to hot, so I wouldn't recommend to run a shower if you want steady hot water. However, it does work and didn't run me out of the shower and I got clean 😁.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product is an excellent excellent by affordable works. Great throughout the whole house. Have no problems. Whatsoever, I found it by reading the reviews so you can trust the good ones. Or you can trust the bad ones.

I had the unit installed by professionals, a plumber and an electrician. Installation was pricey. When all was done it wouldn’t turn on. With electrician standing by I called customer service several times but reached voicemail. I left a few messages. I also sent an email asking for an immediate call back. This was at 1:30 EST on a weekday. The electrician kept messing with it, shutting off breaker, unplugging the circuit board, etc and thankfully it finally came on. That was two days ago and the company has not returned my calls or even my email. The water heater works but customer service is lacking if there is a problem. I’m giving three stars since it’s working now, fortunately. If I had to have the electrician make another house call and had to take cold showers while waiting for a response it would be zero stars.

The media could not be loaded. Works great. I have it in a workshop bathroom and it supplies the shower or sink with hot water with no problem. I am impressed with how it holds the temperature where you want it.
