It’s effective…all the ingredients listed work as they should. It just tastes gross to me, very bitter. The dropper is a bit wonky too, that definitely needs some improvement. If you can deal with the taste and dropper, then this is probably okay for you.

Ashwagandha is an essential nutrient for gut health and immune support. I’m liking these vitamin drops more and more because it makes it so much easier to get your daily vitamins. I just squeeze a couple eyedroppers into my morning tea, it doesn’t affect the flavor at all and I know I’m getting the nutrients I need. I feel I have more energy during the day and better mental acuity while working.

I have taken ashwagandha by itself before with wonderful results but this 9 in 1 formula is very convenient to take since I do not have to take everything separately. The drops are easy to take directly from the dropper. The taste is sweet. There are no side effects. I like that the drops are sugar, gluten, soy free. Made in USA
