I have bought this product twice because it works so well. does not leave you with a "hangover" or sleepy feeling the next morning. works rather quickly and I sleep all night with out waking up multiple times. has a nice flavor. have recommended to some of my co workers who have sleep issues too.

This literally works so well for me!! It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep!! I do wake up drowsy tho but it's fine. Only con is that the first night i tried it I had a nightmare lol. But I really do recommend!!!

They taste good but they do nothing to help me sleep. For some reason I keep taking them thinking that I always have a non drug induced good nights sleep. They may help I just can’t feel it.
