The media could not be loaded. Cleaned up a very badly damaged mineral glass crystal to a fantastic level!!The glass was very badly scratched all over the lower 3/4 with deep grooves and the watch was unreadable below the scratches.A solid hour of polywatching later and the scratches are barely visible! Very impressive product and works better than advertised in my opinion! Highly recommend.The tube is quite small though which is a shame but worth the price all day!

Did not improve even the smallest scratch and there was only 0.2g in syringes instead of the 0.5g advertised

First things first, the tube was only 1/4 filled and most of that had large chunks of air which meant I only had enough paste to do one watch and the results were OK. For micro scratches this will likely do a good job. But for anything more, it’s likely not up to scratch, pun intended.

I bought a used Seiko recently and was disappointed to find a scratch on the glass. I brought it to a jeweller but he wouldn't take on the job so after a bit of online research I came across this product. I thought it would be worth a try, but to be honest I wasn't expecting miracles. I followed the instructions and I can say this product really works, and the scratch is now gone. Ok, if you look for it with a magnifying under certain lighting you will still see a trace of the scratch, but for all practical purposes the watch is now as new. The scratch was noticeable before treatment, it wasn't very deep, but nonetheless it was very visible. I can recommend this product for use on Seiko Hardlex crystals for medium depth scratched based on personal experience. Thank you, this has really improved my watch and has made me happy.

Loses a star because the amount of product in the syringe-like applicators is minimal.There are mixed reviews for this product. It's not a miracle cure but if you follow the instructions and watch their online video it WILL work.It's easier to remove scratches from the centre of the glass, at the edge obviously you will run against the case and bezel.Once you've cleaned everything off you will definitely see improvements but it will take several goes (hence you'll need to use all the product and then probably buy more).Overall It's fairly impressive but I'm going to need another pack if I want to continue.This is by obvious design to sell more but it would be better if they took the hit and supplied enough to begin with.

Glass polish - not eficient at all at my watch, did a bit polish but 1% maybe very insignificant and spend 3 hours in polishing with all quantities, to much money for nothing don’t recommend, buy a new glass.

I only wanted to use a little bit at a time on a small scratch but it splurges out!! So before you know it you have nothing left!! A lot of work is involved in trying to remove the scratch, the video on you tube states to do it for 3 minutes and it's done!! This is not true !! You have to keep doing it!! I managed to get it so the scratch is nearly gone but It's still there but more faint!! A lot of money and work for not much and not perfect results!!

Takes longer than 3 minutes to remove the scratches but it does work. Took about an hour using most of the stage 1 strips and it’s reduced the scratch by 90%, stage 2 has buffed it up nicely. and the main scratch can hardly be seen all the smaller ones have vanished.Done on an Apple Watch series 9 now looks great again, and is also now behind a nice screen protector.May need to get a second pack in the future just to do the last 10%. Very happy with the results. Just be prepared for a lot of rubbing. It’s worth it.
