My calf measures exactly 15in at maximum. I have had 3 sets of these now and find wearing them very comfortable. My primary purpose for them is to address the onset of vericose veins.I have to admit that I love the support they provide. The first pair was Medium according to the size chart. They were a little tough to get on but were just fine once on. One of them developed a lateral run/tear after about 5 uses and I should've contacted the company but didn't. After about 6 months I wanted another pair and ordered Medium again. THen I was reading other reviews and someone mentioned that they went to a Large just to be a bit more comfortable. I thought it was a great idea and would give that a try. I find that I wear the larges more often now. They both fit (L/M) and I think if I were going to an amusement park or something demanding like that I'd wear the mediums. I have never tried any other sleeves so I cannot offer any comparison.

I really love these sleeves!! These are some of the best sleeves that I’ve used in a long time. They fit perfect so follow the chart on your calf size. My recovery time is great and I’m not sore at all. I will be ordering more!

Bought the small . Calf is 13.5. Love the color . Fit was snug . Will wear them in cooler weather not as breathable as my CEP.. But great price . I wear them walking , for sun protection. , and yard work .

I decided to buy compression sleeves because I needed to wear them at all times, even under my jeans, and how crazy would I look wearing socks with sandles LOL. With these, I can wear any shoes I want. I'm a nurse with varicose veins, (no pain or swelling so I can't review that part)...that being said, I wanted sleeves to wear for when I'm not at work.I have tried different sleeves and these are by far the best. I'm 5'3, plus size and my calf size is 21 in. I ordered according to the size chart and XL is a perfect match. The compression feels like 20-30, they are not to long or too short. In fact, if I were taller I would still have room to stretch it out to its max but since I'm short, I don't. The compression is so supportive, they stay in place and don't roll down like others. Definitely recommend and will buy more.Oh, how can I forget. The color is vibrant and pretty!:)

I love them. I have 2 pairs right now. I am looking at purchasing a few more. It has the firm compression I need without being bothersome. I have tried at least 3 other brands & there was always a spot that was too tight like the ankle or upper calf. This one was the best. I like the idea that it is odor eliminating, snug but not too tight & the markings of the dotted lines go in the front. They also give you directions on how to put them on and take them off (not all manufacturers do that). I have had them for a couple weeks and they seem to be holding up just fine.

Compression calf sleeves really do help! I love road biking, & when I do at the end of my ride its all up hills coming home. Taking a Step class is also hard on my calves, even long hours standing I use them. The fabric & the tightness make the difference in less achiness & I enjoy my exercising again. I chose the size from the chart that my calves measured & that's the best fit. Yes they are a bit tight, but not uncomfortable. I would buy them again!

very tight and supportive. Should have gotten a large as the medium that was recommended for my leg size is very tight. Almost to the point of cutting off my circulation. Overall, I like it.

I am typically a small or an xsmall, and I probably could have gone to a medium. The elastic is a little too tight for me on the ends.
