I take a few supplements so quite hard to know how effective each one is. I think these work - more of a mental effect. I will keep taking them.

These are amazing vitamins gave me energy from about a week . I take these every day along with all my other vitamins as im disabled and in a lot of pain & the combination helps me get up & do stuff. I’ve been taking Lion’s Mane supplements for a while and have tried several reputable brands without any issues — in fact, I’ve always found them quite effective and beneficial. However, this particular 20,000mg 16x Strength Lion’s Mane has been a huge disappointment. Not only did I notice no positive effects whatsoever, but it also gave me persistent headaches after just a few doses. Something about this formula feels off compared to other brands I’ve used. I can’t recommend it based on my experience . I’ll definitely be switching back to the brands that actually work and don’t cause unpleasant side effects.
