Fountain Pen 30 ink cartridges short black

I tried several standard cartridge inks and this one is a true black. A bonus feature is that the ink dries quickly so left-handed writers don't smudge their written words. Additionally, this company makes inks in many colors (the red is a deep crimson). Also, the cap of the cartridge indicates the color (a thoughtful touch), so can tell at a glance what color is the cartridge before writing on paper.

I know, it's a pain to find and read vendor reviews, but in this case I should have done it. These guys have shorted at least 4 other buyers in the past weeks - a big thank you to those who took the time to share a review. It seems like they are hiding behind the Amazon deflection support automation, making it extremely difficult to get satisfaction. The product is mis-labeled, and with the speed of work in the warehouses it is impossible to notice that the label doesn't match the contents of that impossibly tiny bag. ATR's chat support stops responding once you select one of their orders. Amazon wants a return for any refund or replacement. People using systems to exploit buyers are kinda evil. The cartridges are genuine and have the Kaweco logo molded into the plastic. Kaweco says ATR is not a dealer - they are empathetic but helpless to enforce anything on them.

Good value. I was looking at adapters but they were too expensive. This item is very cost efficient and I ended up purchasing it.

Update: Amazon helped me out. I spent a fair amount of energy getting through to a human, but I'm in ok shape. This product is good, so I'm raising the rating to reflect that. Just know that Amazon is not always good at the multi-pack thing. Previous review: 1 box of 6, instead of 5 boxes of 6. No damage to the package. Just a mislabeled single unit. What is the point of prime shipping if we have to wait another extra day for an exchange? I’m tired of this crap.

I have two Kaweco Sport Classic fountain pens, and bought six five pack cartridge boxes. Now, three or four months later, using these as my primary pens, I unscrew the nib to look at the ink quantity remaining and am amazed they remain almost full. This is very efficient ink, and there is no compromise in the quality of writing as any sort of trade-off to the efficiency. The Kaweco Sport is delightful to use - you can clip it to your shirt pocket or toss it in your jeans pocket with no fear of leaking. I don't think there is any better ink available. I keep my day to day records and notes in a journal using lined craft paper. This pen and ink are perfect for that, and will make you happy for every opportunity you have to write.

There’s pro’s and con’s about these cartridges. The main selling point is that it’s plug and play and that it works easily. No need to clean just simply plug. However, the drawbacks are that it gets expensive and the quality of the ink is subpar compared to other competitors. For the price of this you can buy a small ink bottle and a Kaweco Mini Fountain Pen Converter but the downside to that is having to manually refill the cartridge but it’s worth having due to the quality of ink. So, in the end I would recommend these preroll cartridges if you need to change ink in a hurry but I would recommend using your own ink and refilling them up as they take less than 5 minutes and you can get really creative with the ink choice available in the market.

Great ink cartridges I’ve used Schneiders and Kaweco replacement in my edc brass kaweco fountain. The Kaweco ink lasts longer which is nice.

I love my Kaweco pen. It was given to me by a German friend a few years ago. I love using it. Bought refill cartridges for it.
