How tall does this tea rose grow?

I've been trying to keep it small but it can grow to about 10 inches.

Does this product come live already growing and if so how large is the plant? Or is it just a live root that needs started?

All of our roses are live plants, grown in gallon containers and ready to plant in the ground or in a large container.

Is the bloom large or small? Would like a full size rose bloom.

The bloom size is large. It can get up to 5 inches in diameter.

Is this the peace rose, genetically, of the 1950s? (My parents had one that was a climbing rose but this I gather is an upright one).

This is Chicago Peace which was introduced in 1962. Peace was introduced in 1945, however, both are Hybrid Tea Roses. Peace does not exist as a climber.
