My husband "REALLY" likes what this does to his body, if you know what I mean. 😉😏 It is not marketed for that nor did we research that, but it was an added benefit. We take this every night and I will say that, although I don’t sleep well, I still feel fine every day and not sleepy in the afternoon and overall we are very healthy. We did a health evaluation on our cruise ship and most of the ingredients that were recommended to us are in this pill that we were already taking. That just confirmed that we are on the right track and taking the right supplements. The fact that this is made with clean ingredients and also made in the USA made it even more of a winner for us. I went on their Amazon storefront to see what else they offer and I am going to try a few of those others as well. Would highly recommend.
