This has been a life saver. It fits my curling wand, straightener and blow dryer. The mat also extends far enough on my vanity that I can set both hot tools on it while doing my hair. The hold is really strong and doesn't budge. I take it with me whenever I travel and my boyfriend has been very happy about my stuff not being all over the hotel sink. Highly recommended!!!
