Works Great - Doesn’t Connect Directly to Phone
Works great. One thing kinda misleading from the picture is that it doesn’t actually connect directly to your phone. It only connects to a computer, and from there you can transfer the files to your phone.

‼️ Reliable and high quality. But some features need work
I recently had the chance to try out the TileRec Voice Activated Recorder by Atto Digital, and I wanted to share my experience with you.➡️ Design and PortabilityThis recorder is impressively slim and lightweight, measuring just 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.2 inches and weighing 0.5 ounces. Its compact size makes it easy to slip into a pocket or bag without any hassle. The sleek design adds a modern touch, and I found it to be both discreet and stylish.➡️ Ease of UseUsing the TileRec is straightforward. It features a simple on/off switch, and the lack of complex buttons or settings means you can start recording quickly. I appreciated this minimalist approach, as it eliminated any learning curve.➡️ Audio QualityI was pleasantly surprised by the audio quality. Despite its small size, the TileRec captures clear and crisp recordings. In a quiet room, it picked up conversations effortlessly, and even in noisier environments, the recordings remained intelligible.➡️ Battery LifeThe battery life is impressive. I managed to get close to the advertised 24 hours of continuous recording on a single charge. This longevity means you can use it throughout the day without worrying about recharging.➡️ Storage CapacityWith 8GB of internal storage, the TileRec can hold up to 145 hours of recordings. This ample space ensures you won’t run out of storage quickly, even with extensive use.➡️ Voice Activation FeatureThe voice activation mode is a handy feature. It automatically starts recording when it detects sound above 45dB and pauses during silence. However, I noticed that this feature sometimes clips the beginning of sentences, which can be a bit frustrating.➡️ File Transfer and CompatibilityTransferring files to my computer was seamless. The TileRec connects via a micro-USB cable, and the recordings are saved in MP3 format, making them easy to play on various devices.➡️ DurabilityThe build quality feels solid, and the device seems durable enough to withstand daily use. I haven’t subjected it to any harsh conditions, but it appears well-constructed.➡️ Price PointAt $67, the TileRec offers good value for its features and performance. It’s a reliable recorder that doesn’t break the bank.➡️ Final ThoughtsOverall, I’m quite satisfied with the TileRec Voice Activated Recorder. Its compact design, ease of use, and impressive battery life make it a practical choice for anyone needing a portable recording device. While the voice activation feature isn’t perfect, it’s a minor drawback in an otherwise excellent product.

Almost perfect, but still a really good recorder!
Great small recorder and the mic works really well. Picks up every conversation or lecture without problem, I just wish it has some sort of local playback instead of having to connect to my computer and transfer the file each time. Also wish it has some sort of program available that could transcribe the recording to a document but for what it is it does work really well and has been a life saver so far. Its nice and compact and the battery last a lot longer than I originally thought it would. Just those couple of features that its missing keeps it from getting a higher score. I am hoping they take this into account and incorporate it into a version 2, that would be the perfect recorder for me!

Compact and capable.
This ultra-portable voice recorder is a practical and efficient tool for capturing audio on the go. Whether you're recording personal notes, meetings, or lectures, its small size and long battery life make it a convenient choice. Its tiny, tile-like design allows you to easily slip it into a pocket or bag. The recording quality is good for everyday use, providing clear voice capture, though it won’t win any sound awards. The battery life is impressive, lasting days or even up to a week without needing a recharge, with a listed capacity of 30 hours per charge. With 64GB of storage, it can hold up to 1150 hours of recordings, making it perfect for long-term use. The voice activation feature ensures that the recorder only captures sound when detected, preventing unnecessary silent recordings and conserving storage. It operates with a simple one-button function, continuously recording until stopped, and transferring files is easy via USB.One downside is that playback requires a computer unless using the included earbuds. Configuring settings such as date and time stamping requires editing a text file on a computer and transferring it to the device. While not difficult, this extra step might not be ideal for everyone. Since the recorder lacks a built-in display, navigating files directly on the device can be tricky, making computer use more practical for managing recordings. This recorder is an excellent choice for anyone needing a discreet, high-capacity recording device. The size, ease of use, and long battery life make it ideal for both casual and professional use. While a built-in playback option would improve convenience, its overall functionality and affordability make it a great buy for those needing reliable voice recording on the go.
