Work great got 250 for the same price at Walmart but then WM cost went up went to the same cost as Amazon. Is an excellent product well worth the money and has no fillers. Similar products have much less actual Saw Palmetto.. Will buy again have used this product from Orbach for years as an anti-inflammatory with out the affect on the stomach from Aspirin, A good product for Prostate but always check for CA. This product is not a cure but promotes good Prostate and urinary health.

I'm 59 and since I was about 40 I noticed how often I had to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. After a couple years it just got worse. My average was twice every single night. At least 3 days each week I was up three times. Good grief. I already have crippling insomnia, but you add having to get up to use the bathroom and that sleep schedule is now flipped even more on it's side. It began to be such an annoyance that I finally began to look into it. That's when I learned about the benefits of Saw Palmetto for us older guys. I bought some but after the first bottle was used up, I stopped because it didn't seem to make much of a difference. I mean in all honesty it helped SOME, just not what I had hoped. Well, as it turns out it's not a quick fix (at least not without surgery). It takes a while before it really kicks in. Ever since discovering this, I decided to give it a full 2 bottles before making any firm decision on whether it worked. After about 6 weeks is when it really began to kick in for me. I went from averaging getting up twice a night (and sometimes three times) I rarely get up in the middle of the night. Maybe once a week I have to use the bathroom and after paying close attention those nights are the ones where I've consumed far more liquid than usual. Cutting back on what I drink after like 6:30 or so really does the trick and I almost never have to get up now. Is it due to the Saw Palmetto? I have zero doubt because that is the ONLY thing different I've done. I haven't changed my eating habits or what I consume whatsoever and my results, while it took a while, are pretty typical from all my older male friends who have the same issue. Some will be fortunate and the Saw Palmetto activates fairly quick, but it took me a good month-and-a-half before I truly could see a difference. Nowadays I view buying regular bottles of this to be pretty much a standard practice and part of my regular routine. While I cannot guarantee you'll get the same results, I've known a lot of men who have gone this route as well and to a man, they all say the same thing: it just works - you just need to give it time to let it work it's magic. Like many other guys my age, I was prescribed Tamsulosin for urinary issues (slow stream, getting up during nighttime). The Tamsulosin worked fine, but I started noticing side-effects. So I started my very daunting search of men's supplements. I had landed on another brand that I tried for 3 or 4 months. At $20 per bottle, I just wasn't happy about what I was getting for my money. I had this big brand supplement on a subscription, and I ran out ahead of time. So I ordered these on a whim to get me by for a week or so. I was totally amazed at how much better these worked! At half the price! I'm very happy with this product and I'm on my second bottle now, with no new plans of switching. My search is over!

Mixed with pumpkin seed oil really helps with going to the bathroom at night. I went from 1-2 times a night to sleeping all night. I used this along with the pumpkin seed oil.

I seemed to be losing a lot of hair recently due to weight loss and this was recommended. I take two capsules in the morning and the hair loss seems to be greatly reduced. I have been taking it for about a month now.
