Good company, I take this for sleep and pain. I was in a lot of pain last night. Took this with feverfew and some skullcap. It was wonderful. Skullcap helps relax muscles and relaxes, feverfew is a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory for me.

If you have trouble sleeping, and don't like pharmaceuticals, this is the way to go. One is quite plenty to take away aches and get zzzzz's. Try it!

This is my second bottle of the Wild Lettuce and I have found that it works well for me to control my back pain. The seller has created a good product that produces consistent results.

Absolutely useless waste of money. Id give -1 star if possibe based on the fact this product is snake oil compared to actual wild lettuce. Just looks like tries and ground leaves. Nothing of use here.

I started taking Wild Lettuce at 450 mg every 8 hours, but due to my condition and amount of pain need to take more. I am presently taking 900 mg every 8 hours for severe arthritic pain along with 600 mg of ibuprofen and have been taking this dosage for over a year. I have no side effects....not even drowsiness. It also works as well now as it did in the beginning. I can tell no difference whether I take it on an empty stomach or with food. It seems to work equally well. I am allergic to 90% of pain medications on the market, so the fact that I can take this with no side effects is a marvel. I have 4 autoimmune diseases and my system is more fragile than most. I am 76 years old, and need less than normal dosage for most herbs or medications, so this seems to agree with me better than most herbs. I also have a full panel of blood work done every three months and have seen no changes in blood work including liver or kidney studies. I thought this information might be helpful in case people ask about taking a larger dose when one pill does not work. Each individual is different, but at least you have one person for comparison.
