Do you need to dry it with uv or led or can you air dry

This can only be used with an led or UV lamp it has to be cured for it to dry. So won’t dry without it.

How many coats are required for full opacity?

Depends how much you put on as 1 Coat. If you do thin layers 2-3, and if you do thick 1-2.

What is meant by harmful to the aquatic environment?

Not a clue but I would guess don’t dispose of in water which could have fish etc living in it and I also would if you have fish tanks chance contamination if you put your hand in the water it obviously contains something that would be a danger
