I like that this product gives an option for those who are vegan. The product itself does not taste as good as I thought it would. The product is very clean for those who are health-conscious. I would advise anyone who purchases this one to listen to the instructions. it truly does what it says it does. Unfortunately I had a reaction to it. The biggest con is the fact that it is not returnable nor exchangeable.

I started making shakes with this powder when I had SIBO. Without a banana, it does taste like vanilla cardboard. Now that SIBO has passed I'm still including these as part of my nutrition. I love the fact it's predigested so my gut can get a rest. I typically add the 4 scoops, 1 cup water, 1 yellowy green banana, 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil, some matcha powder, and blue spirulina powder.

My Arsenic level went up very fast while taking this supplement and company did not reach out or replied to my concerns. Be aware, it maybe contaminated! So sad!

I had a recent bout of diverticulitis and this product helped me heal up, seriously! You must radically start eating better if you expect this supplement to also help you. I did the 6 week Elemental diet. The vegan shakes really hurt my stomach for hours. It was torture drinking them. And drinking 3 per day was all I could do. I believe my gut is in better condition, but it didn’t come not w/o pain. Even though I’m eating food again, if I drink it, it just makes me feel super sick. No change with bacterial issue/ loose bowels, because even though you’re taking oregano oil and probiotics , your still consuming SO much sugar and carbohydrates in the shakes, bacteria just feeds on it the whole time. Don’t expect to totally be cured through this diet or be able to work or have much of a life while on it. Get your emotional issues worked out to fix the auto immune side of IBD, then deal with the bacterial through starving it. I’m still way too thin to come off carbs to starve the bacteria. Lost a good bit of weight on it and still can’t gain weight. I can drink raw milk, but the diary shakes destroyed me, but they tasted amazing though. Vegan are chalky and rough tasting, not horrible though.* Dont try her $50 colon-ease firm that was a painful product too.Nothing hurts my intestines like her products do. It’s sad

I ordered this because my doctor recommended an elemental diet while we waited for my gut/stool results.I like that it’s not sweetened, and that it doesn’t contain any dairy. It doesn’t taste good and it doesn’t taste bad.I do not like that you cannot return the item very easily. You can only return it if it’s unopened, and within thirty days of purchase.I ended up needing to return this bc it didn’t work for me. And I would rather find something that tastes better.But since I had opened it and tried it, I’m now stuck with a $80 practically full bottle of product, in my kitchen. I took a star off bc of the return policy and customer service.It might work for others, if you’re looking for a product that’s elemental.
