Poor quality, hugely overpriced, poor support
My daughter got this for her birthday. She was delighted and took really good care of it. A bit after her next birthday it just wouldn't turn on properly. I emailed the company asking for help and, after receiving a few emails from them, they said the item was out of warranty and just refused to answer any more emails (I asked them for help so that I might attempt a repair myself).I open it up to see whether I could figure out how to fix it and found a few really cheap electronic parts held together with sellotape.Awful quality for this price.
