Great cold weather gear

The Carhartt Heavyweight Neck Gaiter looks great - I really enjoy the look/feel of the material. They call it "heavyweight", however I do have other neck gaiters that I use for snowboarding that are a bit heavier with fleece (while there are no complaints of warmth). The material is stretchy and machine washable. It is relatively soft on the inside and smooth on the outside. Material is functional, warm and comfortable. My biggest problem with the gaiter (not really a problem, but more of a surprise) was the fit. It was a bit tighter/smaller than expected. The length is plenty long, however the circumference around my neck was a bit tight. It has loosened up a bit since I've worn it a few times, but just be aware that it might be tighter than similar gaiters that aren't made of as heavy material.

Cathart made a great neck gaiters made out of premium polar fleece. This thing is made out of a synthetic knit stretch material. it's going back.
