Highly recommended.
Quality millet is difficult to find, and I believe it to be a highly nutritional alternative to rice or couscous. Rinsed well before cooking. Very easy to prepare, seemed like a good value for the price. Nice flavor, even my husband loved it. I prepared it as a stuffing to butternut squash. This adds another quality organic item to my kitchen inventory of healthy ingredients I feel confident serving my family. (I suggest keeping the cooking instructions that are on a separate bag.)

Strong chemical smell
Bought 3 different millets from the seller, all of them have same strong chemical smell.

Versatile product, lots of recipes available!
Even though its not indicated on package, husband was advised to soak overnight jn water, then rinse, then cook. He does find his constitution to be improved. He eats about 1/2 cup cooked millet dally.
