It's written in Amazon description that, this watch has touch screen. But it does not have touch screen.

Watch software is very slow and synchronisation of watch with Mobile takes ages. to identify features and functionality of Watch is very difficult. It’s complicated.

Poor battery backup

I trusted Garmin. I paid a premium expecting durability and support. What I got was a smartwatch that failed within 1.5 years and a customer service team that outright refused to take responsibility. My Venu SQ 2 started showing battery defects — jumping from 0% to 70% in minutes, then shutting off instantly when unplugged. I followed every troubleshooting step. When I reached out, Garmin acknowledged the issue but told me I’d have to pay ₹14,000 for a replacement. That's nearly the price of a new device — for a failure that is clearly on them, not me. They escalated to their so-called “international support” only to come back with the same answer: Pay up or walk away. This is not wear and tear. This is a product defect, and Garmin’s response shows they do not back their customers once the sale is made. No goodwill, no accountability, no real support. I will never buy a Garmin product again — and I’d strongly advise anyone reading this to think twice. When something goes wrong (and it very well might), you’ll be left holding a dead device and a hollow apology.

Adoro da sempre la Gamma G-Shock della Casio per robustezza e semplicità di utilizzo, ma, al tempo stesso, ho bisogno di uno sportwatch affidabile per la corsa. Il Garmin Instinct 2 è stata la soluzione, posso tenere lo stesso orologio al polso indipendentemente dalla situazione! Affidabile, robusto e munito della comprovata precisione GPS offerta dai dispositivi Garmin. Il look può ingannare, ma questo dispositivo non mi ha fatto sentire la mancanza del mio vecchio smartwatch, anzi, trovo la sua semplicità una scelta vincente. Sono comunque presenti la maggior parte delle "features" offerte dai normali orologi smart come informazioni Meteo, Cardiofrequenzimetro, Passi, analisi del sonno, lettura notifiche, Vo2 Max, Altimetro, Barometro, Bussola, programmi di allenamenti per molti sport. Ottima la funzione Body Battery, che riflette davvero lo stato del vostro corpo e vi "consiglia" quando è il caso di rallentare i ritmi. L'app di riferimento è la conosciuta e completa Garmin Connect, è possibile cambiare quadranti tramite Garmin IQ, anche se ovviamente la scelta pur essendo vasta, deve tener conto del fatto che non parliamo di un display a colori, e la disposizione dei campi è limitata. Tuttavia, credo che sia proprio l'aspetto semplice ma solido il punto forte dell'instinct 2. Per riassumere un grande tuttofare, dal look robusto, con una durata della batteria praticamente imbattibile. Non parliamo di un "solar", eppure si possono raggiungere i 28 giorni di autonomia!

If you want a rugged, reliable outdoor/ multisport watch with long battery life and strong tracking, and you can live without fancy color displays or detailed map navigation on the watch. It lacks some of the “smartwatch polish,” but where it excels (battery, durability, accuracy), it does very well.

Tracker does its job, however I was quiet upset with the Garmin+ subscription, but it doesn't limit this device's functionality, so 5/5
