Easy install; cools nicely.
I'm happy with it, so far. The install (through-wall) was fairly straightforward. The instructions were pretty good and easy to follow.I installed the unit in my workshop so I could work in there on hot days. As soon as I plugged it in and turned it on, I got a refreshing blast of cool air. My shop cooled down from the high 80's to 78° in about an hour. So I'm pleased.Now, I'll wait and see how the heat function does when the weather turns cold.

Best air conditioner I’ve ever owned. Turns on when needed and off when the set temperature has been reached. Easy to program and install.

Great size!!
So far, 5 stars! At our old home we had a 10,000 BTU unit, but when we moved into our new home it was so large it didn't fit into the window we needed it to. I was nervous we wouldn't find a 10,000 BTU that would fit, but this one was the perfect size. Fits into our smaller window great and cools off the room fast when put on high fan speed. Noise is similar to our old one, so it doesn't bother us. So far, it's been just what we needed! So happy we found a 10,000 BTU until that is compact!

Not cooling
Not cooling. we hired 2 guys to install it and spent $750 for it, and once done. it doesn't cooling and still need to spent another $100 to disassemble it and put it into the box to return it.

This is a very good unit
This unit cooled my house down very quickly. Very competitively priced and extremely easy to install and it's not heavy at all.

Great A/C
It's so nice and fairly quiet. It keeps our old farm house very comfortable. I even had to grab a throw for my legs the other night. We got the biggest one and we love it. I think it was the 2400 btu. Installation was easy enough. It was a little expensive but I believe it was worth it. I absolutely love the app that I can pull up from anywhere. The app let's me check how how efficient it's running and check how much electricity it's using. I would highly recommend.
