Great product, but taking 2 a day to equal the daily dosage isn’t what I expected, that’s why only 4 stars out of 5. But other than that, they are fine. I just got these to give me a start. It’s recommended to start out with a lower dose/mg then work you’re way up for them to be affective and to be careful not to lower your blood sugar too quickly or making it too low..

Does nothingWaste of money

I’m a diabetic and my appetite gets out of control even with Metformin and Ozempic. This is my first bottle and I take 1 capsule in the morning and another at night. No stomach issues at all. It’s been about 2 weeks I I feel myself less hungry and my BS count is always perfect. Under 110 mostly every day. I’m buying more if they don’t raise the price. Easy to swallow. No bitter after taste or burping. I guess I’m lucky. No issues. It’s a great price point and value.
