Play Putty Therapy Putty for Kids with Charms Midnight Orbit Space Themed Theraputty Medium Resistance, More Than just Putty, Learn, Play, Interact, Strenthen and More

I lost the use of my right hand in an accident last fall. I have been working with a tremendous therapist who has me using these putty tools. I continue to be grateful for the help this tool/game provides. I'm using my right hand a lot!!!

There are some things I like about this putty and some things I don't. As far as putty goes, this is a pretty nice one and I like the inclusion of the planets which are beautifully detailed. It can be really fun to hunt them down in the putty. I can see using this at a desk because I often need things for keeping my hands occupied. I really like that it has no smell because I am very sensitive.I had some issues getting it out of the can when cold. It becomes softer as it warms, giving my hands a workout! It is cool that it holds a shape.Great fidget for adults or kids with supervision. I like the black in theory because it looks really cool with the planets and it's a nifty idea but the biggest issue it has as a kids toy is that it stains clothes etc. I also wouldn't risk leaving it on wooden furniture. I thought I could trust my 10-year-old and it was immediately everywhere within a few minutes.... my kid is typically pretty mature!It's not that sticky except when it meets fabric. Then suddenly it's the stickiest substance on Earth! For a cleaning tip, you can get it off by making a ball of the putty and then pressing it rapidly to this the putty that's trapped in the fabric and ripping it away. I was able to remove all of it with this method, but it still stained.I would buy this for myself or for another adult but I don't recommend giving this as a gift to a child unless you don't like the parents...

I really liked this for my son who needed to build his hand dexterity and a motor skills.

My Great grandson really liked this. I got it for him the day after he lost his silly putty.

I bought this for my students. They are obsessed!

We are big Crazy Aaron's fans but opted to try this. It isn't bad, a bit firmer than we expected it to be but no bad smell or residue. It has held up well to different play sessions and came well packaged. We did like that the charms came separate so we could choose to add them or not. I'm not sure if the quality reflects the same we would get from name brand but definitely better than most!

Overall, this is a 5 star product, IMO, but don't expect this to be the same as the name brand Thinking Putty - it's not. It reminds me of my therapy putty - the really heavy stuff. The texture is clean, no stickiness or oozing (which my sensitive daughter hates), but it takes some real muscle effort to get this stretching. It's a great workout. The charms are why I ordered it - my daughter is hugely into Shooting Star Catch Teeniping at the moment, so these are a perfect companion for her Easter Basket.I did have some issues with shipping - the tin was dented, and the entire box saturated with an extremely strong smelling perfume, but thankfully that seems to have been something that spilled on the box in the warehouse, because the product has no smell at all (huge relief!). Thankfully the tin label contains all the same information as the box, so I could discard the box immediately without a problem. I did appreciate that the putty came inside a plastic bag in the tin, so it couldn't melt into the cracks and make the lid impossible to remove the way the name brand stuff always does to us. Aside from the presumably shipping issues, I am 100% satisfied with this product. Much better than I was expecting, as I tend to set my expectations for slime related products bought online very low.

This is better than slime but just as fun. I enjoyed just squishing it in my hands repeatedly.
