I had been looking for a new dining room light for a long time at a lot of places. I really loved the look of these pendants with the brushed nickel base. However, I assumed the cord would be metallic, white or transparent so that it would go with the brushed nickel. The first picture made me think that was true. If I had looked more carefully at the other photos, I would have noticed the black cords. I love the lights but I'm very disappointed with the black cords. I think it would have looked prettier if they seemed to almost be floating with less visible cords than the black ones.

Purchase to install over new soaking tub. It required a 2 person install due to the weight of the chandelier.Described as contemporary but our remodel is a modern farmhouse style master bath. Would definitelyrecommend purchasing.

Met an expectation. Seems exactly like in brochure.Packed well. The only absence is that the connector line was missing in the kit.
