I know that it speaks to having 10 x the concentration in each pill but seriously, to get anything out of this, I take two and sometimes three a night to aid with falling asleep.I don't have gout so that's not my reason for purchasing it. Tart cherries apparently are also known for being a source of 'Natural' melatonin. Everything else is likely synthetic and quite possibly not bio-compatible afterall.Also, a side effect or such is that for the most part it tends to have an effect on improving memory recall for me, which I also confirmed online as one of the additional properties of tart cherries. The more rest I get, the sharper my mind is the next day.To take this - I found no benefit in swallowing the capsules. Perhaps some people can digest the outer gelatin capsule and reap results but I open them up and dump the powder into a small volume of water and then stir or mash the clumps (cold water) until its relatively mixed. I will then rinse the glass to get the remaining residue and drink that also.As an older adult I find myself dealing with insomnia and also having to get up early for work. Taking this around 8 PM mostly gets me prepped for roughly an hour or so later to fall asleep. Some of this is due in part to trying to go to bed super early and not being a morning person to begin with.When first taking it or possibly afterwards, one might feel drowsiness all through the body. Most nights I don't really feel much of anything.I plan to refill as I'm half way through the current bottle.

Taste is tart. Can pen capsules and add or take while by mouth. Can’t comment on a reduction in inflammation which is why I purchased it.

Was recommended this for inflammation of my shins and plantar fasciitis, however I also started physical therapy and taking supplements at the same time, but I will definitely give it kudos for being a part of my healing. A week and a half after taking it, I gained my mobility back. I would highly recommend giving it a try along with your physical therapy routine.

I’m happy to have found this reasonably priced cherry . It’s effective though in acute cases , I need more than one It claims to be three hundred mgs though if it was in fact that one cap should have done the trick . I also give it to my husband for ongoing support of health issues. I’ve bought three bottles now and will continue to purchase.

I had a gout flare up that would not calm down after a week on meds and cherry juice. Ordered this product, arrived in 2 days. Took one as soon as they arrived, was starting to feel some relief by bedtime. These are my new best friend. I do not want to take meds if these continues to work.

Helps with gout.
